All values of insurance are based of what the clubs have declared at the time of renewal, if you are unsure on how much coverage you have please contact Honan on the details at the bottom of the page.

Claim Information

What do you need to do when submitting a claim:

Step 1 – access a current claim form from the Honan website

Step 2 – complete all relevant sections of the claim form

Step 3 – send your claim form to the below Honan Contact 

Step 4 – your claims advisor will confirm receipt of your claim

 

Additional questions you might be asked:

  • Proof of ownership (see below)
  • Replacement Quotes 
  • Evidence of damage 
  • Police report (if required)

WAYS TO HELP PROVE OWNERSHIP AND VALUE TO AN INSURER IF YOU DON'T HAVE RECEIPTS:

  1. credit card statements.
  2. serial numbers of the item.
  3. owner’s manuals.
  4. accessories or spare parts.
  5. guarantee or warranty certificates.
  6. photos or videos of your item.
  7. product packaging.
